Welcome to PGN, the online event hosting platform ("PGN," "we," "us," or "our"). This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be issued for event participation on PGN.
By using PGN and participating in events, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with this Refund Policy, please do not use PGN.
1. Refund Eligibility
You are entitled to a full refund of your event registration fees, provided that your refund request is submitted before the scheduled start time of the event. Once the event has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
2. Refund Requests
To request a refund, please contact us via the "Contact" tab on the PGN website or reach out to a staff member in the PGN Discord community.
3. Processing Time
Refund requests will be processed within a reasonable time frame. The exact processing time may vary, and we appreciate your patience. Once processed, the refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the event registration.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

If you are disqualified from the event due to a violation of PGN's terms of service or event rules.

If the event is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as technical issues, force majeure, or other unforeseen events.
